Return Process

Contact our customer advocacy team via our website portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 60 days of delivery.
- 2.Pack Your Air Purifier
Carefully place the unit and any unused filters back into the original shipping box and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered or removed.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
